info@trianglehr.co.uk

An independent MHFA England accredited instructor member who is engaging, articulate, and confident, Penny is passionate about supporting and improving mental well-being in the workplace.

Penny works with organisations who recognise the importance of supporting the mental health of their staff and who understand that this approach will foster improvement in their businesses and will help them to manage their people more effectively.

From her time working as a stockbroker in the London financial markets Penny understands the pressures of working in high stress environments. Penny has also travelled extensively and lived overseas for many years, giving her a broad understanding and appreciation of cultures different to her own.

Penny helps to support organisations from all industries, both large and small, and has delivered mental health training to a diverse group of individuals from organisations such as the NHS, the Church of England, housing associations, blue chip corporations, construction companies, independent consultants, HR staff, estate agents, care providers, universities, SME’s, micro-businesses and many more.  She believes that training is about learning, both from the instructor and from each other, and about enjoying the process, even while discussing very serious and emotive topics.

In addition to providing MHFA England training courses, Penny can also help you produce company specific mental health and stress policies, procedures, initiatives and the necessary risk assessments to ensure legal compliance, and help keep your workers safe and well.
