Boasting more than 25 years’ experience of Human Resource Management, which includes management of teams and complex disputes within a variety of industry sectors and disciplines from shop floor to board room, as well as being a competent project manager, Justine is experienced in managing operational multi-site teams and high level HR strategy. A fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Justine is our expert in all things HR and can help with the entire employment journey from writing job specifications and interviewing, to managing complex absence cases, TUPE project management and other change management requirements i.e. restructure/redundancy programmes. Her key strengths are working with organisations to develop longer term strategy, focused on achieving maximum people results and business performance. This includes; employee engagement, reward and recognition to name a few.
