I moved my company's HR provision from a large impersonal provider to Triangle HR. I had grown impatient with a 'one size fits all' approach. I organised Triangle HR to support us through a redundancy and reemployment process when we were streamlining our organisation. They were extremely professional and supportive through the whole process; our HR representative visited our premises on 4 occasions and was always prompt and well prepared. Communications between visits were always received in good time. Not only did they set out the process and timing schedule but also took notes of the consultation sessions and supplied template letters.
