The projects that our Associate Consultants may be required to manage are wide-ranging but include the development of Contracts and Employee Handbooks, employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievance, absence management, restructure and redundancy, TUPE, etc, delivery of Management Workshops, as well as more strategic support in developing internal process, employee engagement and managing change.
You will be an established HR professional with considerable experience of working autonomously within your field of expertise. As an excellent communicator, you will be able to build trust and credibility quickly and with ease, through a professional yet personal approach.
As an Associate Consultant, you would be expected to deliver pragmatic and commercial advice and support, whilst maintaining a high degree of sensitivity and diplomacy.
Our projects may be delivered to clients throughout the UK however our client based is predominantly local to our offices in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and surrounding counties.
The terms of engagement would vary dependent on the Consultant experience and specialisms, and also on the scope of the project in question however, should you feel you can offer services as Associate Consultant, please do get in touch!
